Fitness Class with Lauren

An event every week that begins at 9:00am on Thursday, repeating indefinitely
This class is for all levels, we start with a seated strength and flexibility routine. We add some basics weight lifting using weights, canned goods, (for very light weight) and hand towels ( for resistance ) to demonstrate the accessibly of equipment they can use as well. There are different types of exercise and we execute the different techniques, and can always incorporate minor modifications.
